Ontario Elementary Schools  --   Wi-Fi EMR Page

Before you begin reading: One of the hardest to understand and accept things about this phenomenon is that it cannot be consciously experienced. Because of the way your brain functions subliminally to detect threat-movement the conscious mind is unaware anything is happening.

This problem is a part of your every day life. A low level of exposure is normal for everyone and harmless. Trouble begins when you create a situation that allows massive exposure in a compact time frame. This may be several hours each day for a week or more. See the Introduction on the Home page for examples.

There is an ongoing story about fourteen schools in Ontario Canada where students have bizarre symptoms that parents believe caused by Wi-Fi transmitters. Teachers and staff are unaffected. I found one mention that some of the trouble began before Wi-Fi was installed. CBC News has shown a video of students using laptop computers while sitting in each other's peripheral vision without Cubicle Level Protection.

The problem is Subliminal Distraction exposure If they were to turn off the Wi-Fi without fixing the design problem it might get worse as some students move to be able to plug in a LAN cable. More students might be subject to exposure in adjusted seating positions.

Since the discovery of the problem in elementary schools other news stories revealed that there have been seven deaths of Native students sent away to school because their home tribal areas did not have the facilities they needed such as sports training, hockey. One of the students vanished after being seen within yards of his residence house. He was found dead, drowned. (Do you think the Smiley Face killers go to northern Canada?)

In this video beginnings at time mark 4:03 you can see a student using his computer with his sister sitting beside him moving in his peripheral vision. His mother said his problems disappeared when they installed a wired LAN at home. But there is no information on what else might have changed such as his seating position at school. That would have lowered his Subliminal Distraction exposure.

Wi-Fi in the home allowed him to use the computer the same way the schools are using them, anywhere.  With wired LAN he must stay where the cable can be plugged in instead of sitting where other family members can walk around him.

In this close up you can see that peripheral vision is blocked by hair being combed forward. Glasses with thick temple arms would do the same. But the out of focus student in the back ground has no such protection. This is one reason that some get exposure and others don't in the same situations.

The picture was used as an illustration for an audio report claiming Wi-Fi is microwave radiation.
In this picture you see the crowded situation and movement of all types.

Just over the redheaded girl the boy's arm is raised because he was moving when the picture was taken.

If you continue to react to movement with a startle you cannot have SD exposure.

Notice that the boy to his left with the red jacket is looking at the boy with his arm raised. Completing the reflex would prevent exposure. Movement must be detected in peripheral vision while the subject is concentrating to a level of at least light dissociation for events happening around them.

Both the girls in the foreground are  working together. Neither would have exposure while that cooperation is underway.

All the elements for exposure must happen at the same time to cause this phenomenon.  

That is difficult to achieve. That is why there are only 30 or so students with complaints out of 50,000 in schools with WiFi in Ontario. It happens when the situation is created  that the subject concentrates for long periods. That means the opportunity is standing, waiting, for threat-movement to appear and be detected.

Remember, Subliminal Distraction exposure happens when you should have startled, your brain tried to make you startle, but failed because you had ignored distracting movement, or assigned a zero level of attention to movement in peripheral vision because you recognized it was safe.

You can verify that the problem on this site, Subliminal Distraction,  exists but it is believed to be a harmless nuisance in the design of crowded office situations.   Mental events have happened through history. Experts blame anything handy at the time. No one has investigate this simple problem since the original discovery more than forty years ago.

In seven years searching I cannot find any paper or research about it.

Hoaxes involving EMR on YouTube

Just because you see something on the Internet or YouTube doesn't mean it is true.

This next video reveals that popping popcorn with the EMR output of cell phones was a hoax for advertising. But things like that begin to have a life of their own spreading the fiction that EMR from transmitters can fry your brain.

In cases where cancers were found they involved high wattage and almost direct contact with  the head. I am thinking of police radar units situated behind the officer at the level of his head.

From age three until  I finished high school I lived in the ground effect field of a 50,000 watt commercial FM radio transmitter. Everything we owned  made of metal could  be used as an antenna.

There were apartments and other houses closer. I am unaware of any problem reported from that exposure

Letters were previously sent to any group that posted an address on their Internet site including one school that had decided to use wired connectivity rather than wireless.

Contact efforts with Canadian government officials.

The following text is an email sent to the Ministry of the Attorney General for Aboriginal affairs.  It was sent in response to an article about deaths of Native youth sent away to school in Thunder Bay. There have been seven such deaths in the last ten years. These disappearance deaths also happen to college students in Canada and the United States. There were three Canadian engineering students who went missing. One was found in Texas but the other two have not appeared in Google alerts I have for them.

Why is it posted here? The same phenomenon is causing both these incidents the deaths of high school students and bizarre symptoms for elementary school students.

It is evidence of what can happen if the elementary school students create exposure at home and have enough exposure to cause the full mental break.

I have received acknowledgements from Canadian officials but the reply showed they had not read the communication. It assumed I had argued for the Wi-Fi transmitter EMR theory rather than telling what the problem actually is.

Comments: I have made several attempts to inform government officials in Canada of a simple problem that is causing the deaths of Native students away at school. The problem arises from a normal feature in everyone's physiology of sight but is so bizarre as to be unbelievable. I learned of it as an engineering student in the 1960's.

My wife had this mental break about thirty days after the University of Alabama changed her office eliminating Cubicle Level Protection.

In the late 1950's and early 60's a group of designers and engineers were hired to modernize the business office by researching then designing office furniture, workstations, their employers could manufacture and sell. They introduced the first prototypes in 1964. Some of the workers using the new designs began to have mental breaks. It was the vision startle reflex and the cubicle was designed to control Subliminal Distraction exposure by 1968.

Cubicles block peripheral vision so that concentrating workers cannot subliminally detect threat-movement near them. Without a cubicle when a worker learns to ignore movement around them so they can work, the startle will stop. But movement detection continues and will cause a subliminal attempt to startle. You can't turn that brain system off and you can't prevent the reaction to detected threat-movement. The mental break happens after a massive number of these subliminal attempts to startle. The fact that your brain reacts subliminally to movement in peripheral vision means that victims are unaware anything is happening to them.

The mental break may strike suddenly with no previous symptoms or different levels of exposure may cause depression, fear, panic, and paranoia for weeks before an increase in exposure brings the full mental break.

The features of physiology that allow this to happen are explained in first semester college psychology. If the discovery and mental breaks are mentioned in lectures they are treated as something that happened only once, long ago. My instructor said, "Subliminal sight caused a problem in the early days of modern office design." Instead it is a normal feature of our physiology that will happen anytime and anywhere all the elements for it are created and maintained long enough.

There is no magic about business offices so that the mental breaks will only happen there.

Designers and engineers who work in Systems Furniture, cubicles, see only light exposure cases and believe it can only cause a harmless temporary episode of confusion that remits with no treatment or after effects. No matter how harmless, the risk is in what someone might do while having the psychotic-like episode. When it happened to my wife she heard voices, hallucinated, and had crying episodes from delusional beliefs.

The fact that the victims are all students and at least one vanished within yards of his residence, point to this problem. The students are doing something that allows Subliminal Distraction exposure. It may be as simple as studying or using a computer in a residence house while others walk around them. The deaths would stop if students were informed of the phenomenon and told how to avoid it.

You have another incident in Ontario with this same causation. Fourteen elementary schools in Ontario have students with bizarre symptoms after Wi-Fi was installed so laptop computers could be used anywhere in the school. There is a dispute with parents ignorantly blaming the Wi-Fi transmitter EMR. But pictures available on-line show students crowded together, sitting in each other's peripheral vision, using laptop computers, without Cubicle Level Protection. That's Subliminal Distraction exposure. This incident shows the range of potential symptoms from this exposure.

The students in elementary school don't have enough exposure to cause the full mental break. But if one creates the same exposure at home there may be deaths of these students too.

When I wrote the responsible school authority the reply I got showed they had not read my communication. They assumed I had argued for the EMR theory not explained what the problem actually is.

You cannot verify the problem exists by sending this to psychology professionals. It is not a brain condition or mental disorder. When I tried to get psychiatric help for my wife I learned this simple problem is unknown by anyone in medicine or psychiatry.
